職位要求：

1. 博士，7年以上藥物化學研發經驗，其中3年以上國外公司工作經驗。

2. 具有3年以上研發團隊管理經驗（20-50人）。

3. 具有扎實的有機合成知識，精通新藥研發各階段的藥化知識，尤其是先導化合物的發現、優化及如何建立化合物的構效關系。

4. 擅長應用化合物與蛋白酶的晶體結構來合理設計新型的目標分子路線；具有一定的ADME方面的知識，并能通過化合物分子的結構變化來改善其體內、外的藥代動力學性能。

5. 具有豐富的領導經驗，很強的溝通、協調能力，為研發人員提供指導和培訓，能夠獨立帶領2-3個研發團隊完成新藥研發任務。

6. 熟練掌握化學專業英語，在聽、說、讀、寫方面能與國外客戶進行交流。





Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise team(s) of medicinal chemists (BS, MS and Ph.D. levels)

- Scientific leadership for driving successful outcomes of various drug discovery initiatives/efforts

- Effective management of resource allocation and utilization

- Recruit and develop key staffs/employees





Requirements:

- Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry with strong scientific/publication track record

- Must have 3+years working experience in pharmaceutical company abroad.

- 7+ years drug discovery experience in leading team solving challenging synthetic problem and medicinal chemistry issues

- An experienced individual to lead multiple group of medicinal chemists working on the hit identification, hit to lead optimization, and development of SAR for modern drug discovery

- Extensive experience and knowledge of structure-based drug design using protein structure information for medicinal chemistry research is also preferred

- Ability to coach, mentor and develop coworkers and younger staffs
